They also offer leather dying which is great in case your leather lost its colors. We ordered just the cleaning with the conditioning. Second great thing about this company is that these guys came exactly on time as had been previously arranged. Third, they seemed to be really professional explaining to me each stage of a leather cleaning while they were cleaning our leather chairs. Moreover, they gave us a printed sheet with tips on how to keep our leather in good condition. Thank you guys for your work. Well done!

4. Great service; technician was on time, worked efficiently, and tidied up afterwards. Did a fantastic job of cleaning a mattress and sofa that’d been in storage for 18 months – both look brand new again. Would recommend these guys.

5. We needed to clean our microfiber couch and queen size mattress. I found this company online in google. They were very quick responding and reasonable in pricing. I decided to give a try with them and scheduled the cleaning. Their technician showed up exactly on time and started working on my 3 seat couch from crate and barrel. Couch was a little bit wet after the cleaning and I did not see cleaning results well. I was amazed next day!!! Couch looks like brand new! Mattress was in a good shape and it became a little but lighter. Anyway we are happy with both our couch cleaning and mattress cleaning results. I definitely recommend this 5 star company!!

7. COMPLETELY SATISFIED !!! We have carpets in our office space which have not been cleaned for a long while by professionals. My boss asked me to find a good carpet cleaning service. I found these guys via google. They gave us the cheapest price for carpet cleaning. I am saying the cheapest because I called other companies to compare. I was kind of unsure regarding NY-CarpetCleaning-NYC professional skills because of that price. However, it turned out to be otherwise since these guys were amazing. Carpet cleaners came exactly on time up to a minute! But the most important thing is their carpet cleaning performance. Although our carpets are not very old, they were cleaned up to an absolutely perfect condition. If I look one more time for carpet cleaning service, it will be NY-CarpetCleaning-NYC for sure.

9. Thank you guys for your couch cleaning service. Our dog peed on our couch three days ago. We were looking for a reliable company that would help us to get rid of a terrible stain on our light color couch as well as of a bad smell. These guys came with a huge professional machine and pretreated our couch with some chemicals. Moreover, they focused specifically on the stain applying some other cleaning solution. To sum up, the couch looks like a brand new now. Thank you Ihor and his partner for a great job. Excellent job!!

10. They came and cleaned the carpet seemingly well. Then the next day the carpet began to smell and whatever was underneath began to seep through again. They did not do a thorough job so I called back and they yes’d me to death saying they would come back and clean it properly and not to worry….anyway, I never heard from them again. Very disappointing experience.

11. This might be the 1st non-food report I’m putting here, and for good reasons. Carpet cleaning service…yupp, my life has gotten that serious now. I have 3 rooms of wall-to-wall carpets in my UWS crib. I needed someone to go pro on them (I haven’t had them cleaned like that for quite some time…I’m freshly out of college, I’m sure you know what I mean…). My neighbors used to hire one company but it never left them fully happy with the results. And, as a really bad neighbor and a thrifty one on top of that, I asked around for something better. Found these guys. Really cool! First, I got the service the next day. Second, they have this huge, I mean really huge, impressive cleaning machine – nothing like I’ve seen before, and I come from an industry business family so have seen this and that over the years. Most importantly, the giant has shown an A+ performance on my poor cleaning-deprived carpets. Now, I’m not the world’s most obsessed-with-tidyness person out there (would I live one more day in NYC if I were??) but I was left impressed. Call it the equivalent of a delivery place that shows up exactly by the time they announced, and their food is right the ready-to-eat temperature, and the delivery guy in super polite.
    Speaking of delivery… The cleaners came exactly on time, not something to be taken for granted in New York nor to be discounted in my case since I’m in top 5% of the busiest people I know…Overall, highly recommended to anyone who need to go pro with carpet cleaning (I think the guys took care of the sofa too btw) and accepts nothing less.

They work very well and make your house look different after they are done. I also would like to emphasize the professionalism of the staff. 15. Great service, prompt, and really good work. Vlad was professional and efficient. The quotes were accurate, so no surprises. And it should be noted that while they offer other services, there was no hard upsell to clean anything else. I really appreciated that and will have them back to clean the rugs again, and now the couch too.

16. I think they could have cleaned my couch better. I thought it would be lighter after drying but it never became lighter. I hoped for better couch cleaning service. Not satisfied!!

20. I needed immediate carpet cleaning & upholstery cleaning for my 3 bedroom apartment. I saw this company’s Google ad and decided to use their services. The service I received was perfect with the employees arriving on time with results I hoped for. The carpet cleaning results were awesome even though the carpet cleaning extractor was very noisy. Upholstery furniture seemed wet and the cleaning results were unseen after the cleaning. However, in about 2 hours all upholstery looked brand new after drying. I recommend these guys to anyone who wants excellent carpet & upholstery cleaning services.

21. I was surprised at how quickly I got my quote! With the prices being so low, I honestly thought it wasn’t going to be that great of a cleaning. My dog had taken up a new and horrible habit of peeing on my $3,000 couch and it left big stains and obvious odor. However, when the cleaner came, they were very courteous and did an amazing job. My couch was cleaner than before my dog decided to use it as his front lawn, and I didn’t have to break the bank to get it that way. Highly recommend.

22. Just wanted to leave some feedback. I contacted NY-CarpetCleaning two days before needing my sofa cleaned. I must say my experience was excellent. From my first email to the day the guy showed up to do the cleaning. I’m A very happy camper. I would definitely use this company again. The price was good …compared to companies that charge a large amount as a minimum service fee just to come out to your place.

23. I needed to get cleaned my 3 seat couch and 2 seat loveseat. I have never cleaned them before and wanted to prolong their use. I found NY-Carpetcleaning-NYC on google. They seemed to be reasonable in pricing. Mike was also very convincing, he described me stage by stage what they do. Eventually, I ordered their upholstery cleaning service and I must say they do a really great job. My furniture looks like brand new now. Thank you technician Anthony, WELL DONE!!

I arranged the day for cleaning they called 30 mins before arriving and cleaned my carpet. The entire job took, 1 hour and my carpets now look brand new. 27. Great service and great competitive pricing! We have an L shape micro suede couch which we have cleaned each year. The service man was polite and meticulous with cleaning our couch (with scotch guard). They arrived on time and were quick! I highly recommend Matress Cleaning & Couch Cleaning company!

28. Scheduling was easy and they seemed to have a lot of available appointment times. The (2) cleaners arrived on time with all of their equipment. All they needed from we was to show them where the bathroom was so they could fill their machines with water from the bathtub. The total cost for cleaning one king sized mattress (one side only), one love seat, and one armchair was $249 (exactly what I had been quoted over the phone) plus tax $280. They have the iphone card scanner attached to their phone which was very convenient for me. I think the whole process took an hour, give or take. They worked fast and efficiently. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Drying time was a couple of hours, maybe 3. My appointment was between 4-6pm on a Friday, they arrived around 5ish. After they left I went to do laundry, washed my mattress encasement, sheets, pillows, blankets, came home, remade the bed and it was dry and ready for me to sleep in.

    Would absolutely call again in a year or so but I would probably ask to have both sides of the mattress done since I like to flip it periodically. Looking back, I probably should’ve had the box spring(s) done too since I’m so phobic when it comes to preventing bedbugs. All in all, I definitely recommend this service and this company.

29. We got our sectional couch cleaned and 8 by 10 area rug cleaned with this company. I had not cleaned my couch for 3 years before and it was very dirty and dull. They did a magic!! 30. Great dependable and honest company. I hired them to clean some chairs, pillows, ottoman. They gave me the lowest and quickest quote. The worker they sent out was detailed, polite and also very honest, in telling me my ivory leather couch was cleanable but the visible difference wouldn’t justify cost in doing it. 32. Macy’s arrived, took one look at our couch and left, even though I offered to send photos prior. Peter and associates beat Macy’s price, arrived only 48 hours later and cleaned every sqaure inch of the upholstery. They are fearless, dedicated and amazingly fast. Their customer service is outstanding- for any furniture cleaning. They must be equally awesome regarding carpets.

33. My dog peed on our Tempur-Pedic mattress and many of the companies that I checked, would not work on that type of mattress. But I found these guys and they would. Adam was great. He was very nice and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was very happy with the price and the service.

34. I URGE YOU NOT TO CONSIDER. Unprofessional on every level. They outright ruined our upholstery. Will cost us over $2000 to reupholster now. They send one guy with a dirty towel to clean. Just needed to remove small stained area and they ruined the entire piece leaving watermarks and frayed seams. They only accept cash for service under $400. They do not give a receipt. They will not return phone calls and are clearly shady. Please do not make the same mistake we made.

37. I called this Carpet Cleaning service for an emergency clean, not knowing what to expect as they came with no recommendations, they were prompt, extremely professional, took care and time to thoroughly clean my sofa! They charged me what they quoted which was very reasonable!
    I have now used them twice and received identical service. They have done better than any carpet and furniture cleaner I have used in the past!

42. This company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! First of all, I never thought our couch was salvageable. With two insane dogs and unknown black stains, our orange couch was, in my mind, a complete write off. We booked the day before. Vlad was our technician. He showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Our circuits blew and he spent time finding and opening our circuit breaker panel. After some work he found a mistake in its connection that caused the problem, and fixed it easily!
    Our couch is pristine, and the whole experience was great ! Definitely use this company, we will be return customers !

44. Two very nice young men showed up to clean my mattress, sofa, upholstered bench and two chairs. It took about an hour and they did a great job. After price comparing they were definitely less expensive in the spectrum. He only reason not to give five stars is because they could not remove a particularly troublesome stain that had been left to sit for a while. Otherwise very pleased!

49. With two small children, my couch was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The online appointment set-up was quick. They texted me right away to give me a quote and set up a cleaning. The worker was prompt, spent a good 1.5 hours doing a deep clean on our couch and it looks great! Highly recommended!

50. We needed our rugs and two large couches to be cleaned. I got quotes from a few companies and this one was by far the least expensive. I had heard that many companies use low quotes to get themselves an appointment but when they get to your house they increase the prices saying “we didn’t realize the couch was so large” or “actually this doesn’t include the special finishing spray that is necessary” or “your rug is of a particular material so we’ll need to increase the price.” I asked my contact, Mike, about this and he promised me that there would be no hidden fees. And indeed, they stood by their pricing. The cleaners came right no time and were polite and conscientious. I would absolutely use them again!

53. These guys are terrific. I was at work and knew I had to be home by two, to my chagrin they were early! That never happens. My couch is now spanking clean (it’s been too long) and my rug is now clean and odor free. I will be calling back in 6 months to maintain this fresh clean smell….they were much better than Stanley Steem in my opinion and you should definitely check them out. It’s like having a new car!

57. Original appt was for 5pm. They called around 2:30 and said they could come earlier if I was available, I was and so they arrived at 3:30. Tech did a fine job cleaning my two area rugs and an upholstered side chair. Was done in an hour and I’m quite happy with the results.

60. I needed my living room set cleaned so of course I searched Yelp to find an upholstery cleaners and lead me to you and I was not disappointed.

    After reading a few reviews I was impressed so I clicked the request quote button. Within 15 minutes of sending my request I received a response. Within 15 minutes of receiving a response to my initial request for a quote I was given a price and booked for the next day at 8:00am.

    Today at 8:00am sharp Jay arrived at my house. I was thankful and impressed that he was on time. Jay was very nice and got to work immediately. Jay did such a great job. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I purchased he basic clean package, the service lasted about 40 min, the couch took about 6 hours to properly dry, but it looks brand new and smells very nice! Well worth the $129.

They offered us a great deal for both sofa and mattress cleaning for $199 while other company wanted to charge us $169 for a mattress cleaning only. These guys were very corteous and fast both in replying us with a very competitive price as well as with a prompt schedule to clean it for us. Took them 15min to wash and now the rug is brand new again. Defitinitely keeping their contact for future needs.

70. Our basement apartment tenants just left so we called to have the carpets cleaned for the new tenants. The old ones had a dog and the carpet spelled like dog and dog urine.

    I sent a text inquiry (convenient!)and got a response almost immediately and it was a breeze to set up an appointment. Adam came right on time, bright and early at 8am and was efficient and helpful (some furniture had to be moved so the carpet underneath could be cleaned). I think he did a good job. The carpet still smells a little like dog but I don’t think anything or anyone can totally remove the smell now. I’m just happy it smells better than it did.

I was looking for a professional upholstery cleaning company that would remove odor first and then just clean and sanitize my couch professionally. I was shopping around a lot and was offered just a deodorizing. This company offered odor removal injections which seemed to be more professional. Price was also very reasonable. I got an estimate within a couple of minutes since I had texted them with a request to get a quote for my sectional couch cleaning. Their tech came out last week to clean our carpeted stairs and wool carpeting which is more prone to stains than other fibers. As per his other visits over the years, he was able to remove essentially all our accidental stains: coffee, blueberries, and general grunge from foot traffic. There is never any chemical odor related to cleaning, the carpet padding is not wet, and complete drying takes under 24 hours, just as advertised. 91. These guys did a good job, were courteous and professional, explaining the likelihood of which stains were likely to come out or not. The apartment carpet feels cleaner than when we moved in. The carpet was completely dry by early evening as promised, (we opened up all the windows for 6 hours, as they explained that it was best for the carpet to dry by a cool draft.)

    He was very honest and informed me that one of my rugs, a wool/silk Moroccan rug, was best cleaned by hand washing. Sam also gave me tips on how to clean up common messes, and the frequency in which to clean the carpets and rugs.
